Wonderful stay!
We had an absolutely magical week in this wonderful house on the bay with easy walking distance to the beach. We did rent a golf cart for the week because it was so fun for the kids (and adults lol). This house is loaded with everything you could possibly need- all the kitchen cooking/baking tools, extra linens in the linen closet, tons of beach towels/toys and even a super nice beach wagon! Leslie was kind enough to drop off a high chair and pack and play, and her team even met the medical supply company before we got there so my mom could have oxygen waiting. House was spotless. This experience was top notch and we will be back! Highly recommend.

Perfect home for a large family
This is our third year in the same house. We choose this one every year because it easily accommodates our family gatherings in Florida. It’s equipped with everything you’ll need for a good time and it’s within walking distance to the beach. We just got home and are looking forward to our next visit.

Wonderful place – awesome stay!
We had such a great stay. The place was very clean, up to date, and had plenty of everything we needed. The pool was such a hit with our kids and being close to the beach was great. We went multiple times to the beach and loved it. If we stay in this area again we will be back.

We loved it! It was better than we expected. We felt very at home right from the start. The pool is amazing and the heating was perfect. Having beach towels, chairs, umbrellas and shark teeth searching equipment made days out very easy. We did drive to the beach – all the parking is free. We put out bird seed on the hand rails and were rewarded with a variety of birds and a regular squirrel. The King sized bed is the softest we have ever slept in – it cuddles you. Looking for shark teeth at the beach is great fun and easier than we thought. We found lots to bring home. Sitting and even eatting outside was our favourite. Having the netted porch means no bugs so you can stay out right into the evening enjoying the sunset and wildlife. It was very hard to leave. Lesley was our contact and she was very responsive. We had a problem when we arrived but this was resolved in less than 24 hours. All questions were answered almost immediately.

Favorite place to stay!
We’ve stayed at this house a couple of times over the yrs and it’s the best! Excellent location to the beach. You can walk or drive to the beach. This yr we found over 700 shark teeth!! The house is always clean and has all the beach extras you may need. Great layout for large parties and a great large pool and outdoor area that we spent our down time. Will definitely be returning!

Great Place!
My family and I rented this place for our yearly vacation. Everyone enjoyed it! This place is AMAZING. You don’t have to leave the house and it would still be a great vacation. Watching the dolphins while drinking your morning coffee is something else. But if you do decide to venture out, the beach is wonderful, and great places to eat just down the road. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Wonderful as Always!!!
We love this home, have made wonderful memories in this as well as a couple other TMI homes and always have a wonderful time ! Leslie and Doreen are always SO good to us & have been meeting our needs for an excellent vacation for years! They truly care about people and the homes they represent., which is why we always return! We have raised our grandson with TMI home memories!!

Every year when we are for vacation in the USA, we visit Englewood. The reasons why we always rent a Lemon house from TMI are 1. The wonderful environment. 2. The nice houses and the room these houses offer. 3. And last but very important for us, the service Lesley and Doreen offer if we have a question or a problem. Reasons that makes for us, living in The Netherlands, a vacation in the USA a perfect vacation.

Great house, great location
The house is always just perfect, fully furnished with plenty of beach towels and beach accessories for the renters use. Beach chairs, sifter, sand bucket, beach blanket, floaters. The pool and hot tub are immaculate. Just a short walk to the beach about 10 minutes or a 3 minute drive. Very close to both Manasota Beach and if you turn left and drive up the picturesque road you’ll be at Blind Pass Beach in 5 to 10 minutes. The shark teeth are plentiful at both beaches. Lesley the realtor goes above and beyond to always be accommodating and make your stay the best. It’s very seamless with her guidance. I can’t say enough great things, we will email Lesley at TMI Real-estate for all our FL vacation needs!

The Best Equipped Kitchen
This was the best equipped house that we’ve found in the ten years we’ve been visiting Florida. The kitchen was awesome. It had everything we needed. However what was most impressive was how the owners thought of everything to make our stay easy and relaxing. When we arrived it was like we were checking into a high-end hotel suite. Everything was spotless and well organized and the table was set for a party of four. It was clear that the owners had gone to great lengths to welcome us to their home. We’ve always found Lesley and Doreen to be very responsive to our needs and always resolved any issues we’ve ever had with any rental very quickly even on the weekends. Knowing that their support was always at the end of a text message has always made our stay in TMI rentals relaxing and enjoyable.
