In the last few years we have helped with purchases of Florida homes and built many custom homes for clients.
These homes in turn have been furnished and then placed on our rental management program.
We have an affiliation with a local custom home builder and because of this we have an excellent maintenance team to assist in the care of your home. My assistants and I will look after your home making sure both the home and your guests are looked after, for a small monthly fee. We recommend the following services we can provide for maintaining and getting rentals for your home.

- Weekly Pool Cleaning and treatment
- Homes serviced and cleaned after each guest
- Homes inspected and checked after each guest
- Household bills paid from clients account
- Quarterly Pest Control service for inside and perimeter of home
- Pay monthly sales tax on every rental
- Provide monthly statement of accounts
- Guest services 24 hours, 7 days a week along with emergency assistance.
- We can also provide a rental only service for clients who wish to maintain their own homes. On the flip-side if you only require a management service as you do not wish to rent your Florida home, we can provide this giving you security and peace of mind that when you are away, your home is well cared for.
