We offer many services to make your stay most enjoyable. Let us assist you with various tasks, saving you time to enjoy the area’s beautiful beaches, golf courses or your own pool.
- Groceries – We can provide a starter package of food and grocery items ready at the house for your arrival. We can also meet your insta-cart driver to put items away if needed.
- Fishing Trips – Saltwater fishing on the flats, or deep sea fishing. There are numerous fishing charters from Port Charlotte to Venice. Depending on the location you want to fish we can connect you with a Captain.
- Beach Pavilion Rentals – Having a “family” reunion during your stay? Or special “Birthday” celebration? We can help out by coordinating “catered meals”, for your party at your home or at one of the Beach Pavilions. There is a small charge to rent the Pavilion’s and they are available on first come, first serve basis. Another option – “In-Home Chef” to prepare that special dinner.

Some services require a small fee (i,.e. Grocery Packages, bike, crib rentals) from guests, however most of our services are free of charge.
